There are many international, domestic and budget airlines, other than Cebu airlines, offering cheap flights to Cebu that can also get you quickly and cheaply around Asia.

I have flown on several carriers and I have evaluated the service and performance of each airline.

Budget regional airlines, including Cebu Airlines,have become popular recently. There are several that offer great discount flights when traveling around Asia.

SilkAir is the regional arm of Singapore Airlines. They fly direct to Cebu from Singapore and also to many other locations.

Airasia based in Malaysia offers flights to many Southeast Asian locations including Jakarta, Thailand, Manila, Bali, Phuket, Macau, Vietnam and others.

TigerAirways also provides good rates around the region. Based at Singapore's Changi International Airport, destinations currently encompass airports within a four-hour flying radius of Singapore. Destinations include Manila to Singapore, Macau, Bangkok, Vietnam, Shenzhen, China and others.

JetStar Asia is another budget regional airline. From their Hub in Singapore Jetstar and their sister company Valueair fly to 13 destinations: Bangkok, Bangalore, Jakarta, Denpasar (Bali), Hong Kong, Phuket, Manila, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap (Angkor Wat), Yangon, Surabaya, and Taipei.

Cebu Pacific Airlines operates a Cebu hub and has great low cost Cebu airfare and deals to many destinations in the Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore. They operate a new fleet of Airbus aircraft.

Air Philippines (Now AirPhilExpress) is the domestic arm of Philippine Airlines. With domestic routes covering Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Dumaguete, General Santos, Iloilo, Legaspi, Manila, Puerto Princesa, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga they fly primarily Boeing 737's.

Asian Spirit Airline is a domestic airline flying to 22 destinations to and from Cebu and Manila. Their most popular destination being Boracay. They fly primarily Turbo Prop (Propeller Engine) British and Canadian aircraft.

SouthEast Asian Airlines has an extensive number of domestic destinations from Cebu and low rates if booked in advance. They are also flying propeller engine aircraft.
