Motorcycle Import Duties

I intend to move to the Philippines in about 6-8 months. I would be lost without my motorcycle (Kawasaki KLR 650) I understand you can't purchase one over there. What is the expected total duty costs to get it into the country? I have also heard several people say you could disassemble it and ship it as parts for free and later assemble it. Does anyone know anything about this?
