Philippine Airlines - Delayed

If there is just one thing, I mean just one thing Philippine Airlines should improve is the DELAYED departure which is always, and I mean always 100 percent the problem with this airline. I was thinking of taking this airline again next year for another flight to the Philippines but now I have to think twice about it compared to Air Canada which is always on time, or even better Singapore Airlines which is never delayed a minute. Please, do something about this to really compete in this tight competition or else you will slowly loose your passengers again here in the newly opened Toronto route.
