Teaching English in the Philippines

I am an English teacher in China and I have a Filipino girlfriend who needs me to relocate to the Phillipines. I have no problem with that but can I get a teaching job in the Philipines and if yes how much is the minimum salary I can earn in dollars?

Remember, I am not from a native english speaking country but i have taught english for some time and right now I am in China teaching.
